Your information will never be sold or shared.

Our panel of art critics and industry professionals are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements. They are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any of the artwork they review without the express written permission of the artist.

Art Critique Masters of New York fully respects the intellectual property rights of our clients. The artists retain full ownership and all rights to their submitted artwork. We will not claim any ownership or make any commercial use of the artwork without the artist's consent.

All digital files and physical artworks will be securely stored and only accessible to the Critique Masters team directly involved in the review process. We utilize robust data security measures to protect against unauthorized access or misuse of the artwork.

Upon completion of the critique, your artwork files will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless the artist requests that we retain them for potential future opportunities.

Clients can request the deletion of their artwork and associated critique materials at any time, and Art Critique Masters of New York will comply promptly.

The protection of our clients' personal information, creative works, and intellectual property is of the utmost importance to Art Critique Masters of New York. We are committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality and respecting the rights of the artists we serve.

There is one exception to the policy stated above:

When you purchase the Art Card Label option, you will receive a personalized QR code that you can share and distribute at your discretion. This QR code is designed to provide viewers with access to your Independent Critique, also known as your Promotional Review, when scanned using a smartphone or QR code reader.

Your Independent Critique is a carefully crafted assessment that highlights the positive aspects and strengths of your artwork. It is the only section of your critique that will be made available to the public, and only when you choose to share your unique QR code.

Rest assured that you have complete control over who has access to your Independent Critique. The other sections of your critique, including the Critical Assessment and Growth Suggestions, remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with the public, even if you distribute your QR code.
