Welcome to Art Critique Masters of New York, a premier art critique service. By submitting your artwork for review, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Subjective Nature of Critique:
Art Critique Masters of New York acknowledges that the assessment of art is inherently subjective. The feedback provided by our critics will be influenced by their individual perspectives, experiences, and biases.
Our critiques do not represent a universal or absolute judgment, but rather a reflection of each critic's unique response to the artwork.
Clients agree to approach the critique process with an understanding that different critics may provide varying perspectives, all of which can contribute to the artist's creative growth.
Critique Methodology:
Art Critique Masters of New York employs a multi-stage review process involving a “Committee Review.”
“The Committee” approach helps to mitigate a single person's personal bias. Thus providing a well rounded critique.
Our critique’s focus on various aspects of the artwork, including but not limited to composition, color, technique, storytelling, and overall artistic merit.
Feedback will be provided in a constructive manner, with the goal of offering suggestions for improvement and artistic development.
If “The Committee” fails to reach a consensus agreement on the critique, “The Committee” will provide a minority report to round out the critique.

All artwork submitted to Art Critique Masters of New York will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Art Critique Masters of New York respects the intellectual property rights of our clients and will not reproduce, distribute, or share the artwork without the express permission of the artist.
Clients retain full ownership and rights to their submitted artwork.
The critique we provide is considered confidential and only the client has access to the report. All proprietary rights to the report are transferred to the client, once issued. We will not share your critique with anyone.
We won’t share it… But you can.

Art Critique Masters of New York and its panel of critics shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the critique process, the critique itself, or the implementation (or non-implementation) of the provided feedback.
